About Northeast Property Imaging
I'm Dave Sharpe, an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot based in Bensalem, PA. My background is in electrical engineering, so I approach every job the same way: plan it, fly it right, and deliver files that are organized and easy to use.
I work with builders, roofers, solar installers, brokers, and adjusters across Southeastern PA, South Jersey, and northern Delaware. Most jobs are simple. You need clear photos and video of a site or a roof, and you need them quickly.
I plan each flight around the site and the airspace, with LAANC authorization where needed. You get edited stills, 4K video, overview maps, and a short report, usually within 48 hours.
If you have a site, give me a call: 267-254-2105 or Dave@nepropertyimaging.com.
