I'm Dave Sharpe, an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot based in Bensalem, PA. Northeast Property Imaging delivers clear aerial photos, video, and visual drone inspections for solar installers, builders, roofers, property owners, and brokers.
Solar installers. Pre- and post-install documentation and finished-array marketing video that shows off your work.
Construction progress. Scheduled flights from the same angles every visit, so owners, lenders, and project managers can see exactly what changed since last time.
Roof inspection. A drone gets a clear, high-resolution look at shingles, flashing, gutters, and storm damage without anyone climbing a ladder. Roofers and adjusters get sharp photos and video they can share.
Commercial, land, and real estate. Aerial photos and video that show a property's size, layout, access, and neighborhood, for listings, investor packages, and marketing. Real estate agents and commercial brokers get images that sell the site, not just the building.
I fly every job myself and handle the airspace authorizations. My drone inspections are visual: high-resolution photo and video, delivered fast and ready to use.
I'm based in Bensalem and work within about 50 miles. In PA that's Bucks County (Langhorne, Newtown, Doylestown, Trevose, Bristol), Montgomery County, Northeast Philadelphia and the rest of the city, and Delaware County. In South Jersey it's Burlington, Camden, and Mercer counties (Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel, Trenton), plus northern Delaware.
